Does Fishpond represent actors like an agent?
Fishpond is not an agency so we don't represent anyone. After you pay your subscription fee there are no other costs and we don’t take a commission if you are cast in a role. Fishpond is a database of actors both represented and independent. Everyone signs up and manages their own profile on the site. Casting directors then use the site to cast projects for Film, TV, Theatre, as well as commercials etc. If you'd like to know more about the site as an actor, have a look here

How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are for a full year whether you choose to pay all at once, or spread your payments out monthly. If you would not like your subscription to renew at the end of your year just pop us a mail to hello@fishpond.ie and we will cancel your subscription at the end of your 12 month membership.
I forgot to cancel my membership, and it just renewed. Can I cancel now?
Yes, just pop us a mail to hello@fishpond.ie. If it has been less than 3 weeks since your subscription renewed, we can refund your payment and cancel your subscription for you.
A casting director has asked me to audition using auditioncam® — how do I do this?
When you click ‘apply for this role’, you will be given the option to upload or record your clip. Just follow the instructions – it’s really easy. If you need any help at all, just drop us an email.
