Siobhán Aislinn Wins Taking Flight Award / KIFF 2024

Congratulations to Siobhán Aislinn on winning the Taking Flight Award at this year's Kerry International Film Festival - we couldn't be prouder!

You might know Siobhán as our dedicated and hard-working Youth Ambassador and Workshop Producer, but we know her as so much more. For example, she only wrote, produced, and stars in 'Blurred Lines', a stunning new Irish feature film which screened last weekend as the closing film of the festival.

"Being a Kerry woman, having a screening in KIFF was always a goal of mine and to win the Taking Flight: Rising Talent Award means the world to me. I am so grateful to be recognised and rewarded for all the work I have put into this narrative. The support and reception I and Blurred Lines have received has been incredible, and we cannot wait to see what else is in store for our movie."
