Hello Fishpondians!
For the first time ever we're having a Fishpond Actor's Bursary for Lifetime Membership!
Following the Oscars weekend, we want to see your role of a lifetime! In exchange, we're giving away a Lifetime Achievement Award in the form of Lifetime Membership. The winners will receive a Lifetime in the Pond!
Runners up will win a year plus anyone who enters will have a free month in the pond!
To Enter
This competition is a two-parter. You must submit two clips in order to be in with a chance to win.
Clip 1: Tell us why you want to be in the pond for a lifetime.
(This should be about 30 secs)
Choose a scene that represents your role of a lifetime. Maybe it's an Oscar winner, maybe it's something you wrote yourself. Just adjust it to make sure it's under 2 mins.
Why take part?
Submissions will be featured on our social media, as well as sent out in our newsletters, which are sent to casting professionals in Ireland and the UK.
If filming on a phone - turn it on its side.
Make sure you wipe the lens of any device you're filming on before you begin.
And try to film a head and shoulders shot - being too far away makes it harder to see facial expressions.
We'll announce the winners in our newsletters and/or social media.
